The Course. 5K course beginning on the Burlington High School athletic fields, and unfolding through 3K of wooded trails and 2K of paved bikepath. Scenic and fast in the heart of Vermont's largest city.

Directions. Interstate 89 Exit 14W; continue West on Main Street for 1.5 miles; right on Battery Street and follow for .5 mile; bear left onto North Avenue and follow for 1.1 miles; left onto Institute Road and Burlington High School campus.

The Course. 5K course on rolling grass hills, climbing and recovering through scenic hayfields and occasional woods shrouded by breathtaking views of the Champlain Valley. Simply a Vermont favorite.

Directions. Interstate 89 Exit 12; North onto Vermont 2A; right onto Route 2 North and follow into Williston Village; left onto North Williston Road at 4-way stop and follow for 1 mile; turn right onto Governor Chittenden Road; course and race check-in located at tent on south side of road behind Catamount Family Center house.

The Course. 5K course home to the Vermont High School Championship and three-time host of the New England Championships. A challenging yet rewarding course featuring a wide trail traversing foliage-draped woods, meadows, and the ascent of the famous "Morty's Monster." A rare opportunity for the public to compete on Vermont's classic trail.

Directions. Interstate 91, Exit 14; 15 miles north of White River Junction. West on Vermont 113, toward Thetford Hill about 1 mile. Left onto Academy Road for .3 mile. Thetford Academy is on the right. Parking will be directed by volunteers, and free shuttles will run from parking to the course.
