If you are walking on the course after the races have started, please be sure to be attentive to the needs of the competitors and give way as the race comes by you. Get course maps at the Information Booth.

Which Race to Run In? Runners should run in the race for which they were seeded, or a race seeded for faster runners. Runners may run in faster seeded races, if they choose to do so. Runners may not run in slower seeded races than the one in which they are seeded. If a coach wants a whole team to run together, or a group to run together, they would run in the race for which the fastest of the group was seeded. We do not need to know if you are running in a faster seeded race; we will pick up the change as the runner crosses the finish line.

Please Note: Artificial 5K times, such as listing all of a team's runners at the same times so that they may run in the same race, makes it very difficult to seed the races. It is our hope that coaches will not use this device. In the event artificial times skew our seeding process too much, we may require runners to run in the race for which they are seeded.

Best Place to Watch. Stay in the area near the flagpole. The runners come by this area four times and you can easily move from place to place. The area is marked as "Upper Soccer Field" on the course map.
